Google analytics tracking and custom footer?
Hi there, I am interested in using Google Analtyics for my responsive output and I have followed the steps here to add the tracking code to the footer via Oxygen's transform: https://www.oxygenxml.com/doc/versions/23.1/ug-editor/topics/integrate-google-analytics.html However, to do this I needed to ...

Re: alt attribute vs. alt tag
Thank you so much for your reply! I tried the same test you did and discovered that our own content management system appears to be stripping the <alt> element out of figs. When I try the test without using our content management system, the <alt> element converts to an attribute just as you outline...

Re: Searching Chinese contents doesn't work
Hi Cosmin, It was brought to my attention that the Chinese search for the documentation I work on does not work, which is how I came to this thread. The responsive output I'm writing for is part of a software package so I can't link to it here but I can't get the Chinese search to work without addin...

Re: alt attribute vs. alt tag
Hi Radu, I am using all 3, but currently performing my testing on a the responsive output. Here is an example of a page with multiple images that have the <alt> attribute: https://shure-content-files.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/Pubs/WWB6/en-US/en-US/c_c364a35a-972d-48c8-abd1-4990ce29a2ca.html When I ...

alt attribute vs. alt tag
Hi there, My team has been adding alternate text to images using two methods: 1. Using the "alternate text" field when adding an image with the Image button, as pictured in image "alt-tag.PNG". This adds an alt tag to an image, shown in image "alt-tag2.PNG". 2. Adding a...

Re: Japanese Webhelp search seems to hang in loop
Hi there, Was there ever a resolution for this issue? I'm seeing the same thing, and it persists when I use the standard oxygen[tile] template. Just as Christina said, this is only happening for me with Japanese--no other language seems to be having an issue with search. Happy to email a sample to t...

Re: Search affected by Google Tag Manger code - responsive Webhelp output
Hi there, The issue goes away if I duplicate the transform and remove the Google Tag Manager code. After debugging, I see that I do have multiple errors--attaching a screenshot of them here. The lines of code they refer to are the GTM code lines. These errors appear before I even perform a search, s...

Search affected by Google Tag Manger code - responsive Webhelp output
Hi there, I've added Google Tag Manager code to my responsive webhelp output via transform parameters. I'm able to add the code just fine and it runs in the background of my output, but it also seems to disable the search on my output--when I try to search for anything, the results are blank, and wh...

Re: Custom images appear using transform in version 19 but not version 21
Following up on this post just in case anyone else has this problem--being more specific with my CSS selectors worked! My custom Note images are now appearing just fine. Thanks to Costin for all the help!

Custom images appear using transform in version 19 but not version 21
I'm using custom CSS to refer to custom images in my responsive output. When I run the transform in Oxygen version 19.1, it pulls in the images just fine; when I run the same transform in version 21.1, it does not. There appears to be a difference in the oxygen-webhelp folders that are created in th...
