Possible to Drag and Drop Topicref Elements When in No Tags Mode?

Hi Oxygen Support,

Our team likes the look of No Tags mode when viewing and editing DITA Maps in the editor. However, we notice that we lose the ability to drag and drop topic references in the editor.

We can drag and drop when Full Tags mode is enabled:

Is it possible to have the same drag and drop functionality of topic references in No Tags mode?
