Exclude content from search field

Hi,

How would it be possible to exclude content access even from the search field.

In fact, I have created profiling conditions, etc and pages are not directly accessible anymore but pages are accessibles from the search bar.
The search field displays the results and you can even access to it..

Is there a way to unable total access to the page and no displaying from the search function?
