Library of Tags

Does anyone have a library of tags and their function? I have a splitmode tag of <SplitMode Value="HOME_LOCATION_SPLIT"/> and I don't know what it is doing exactly. I used the search engine on the W3 site to no avail which leads me to the desire of just having a library of tags and they function. Thank you in advance.

Hi,

What XML vocabulary are you working with? Maybe you can find a discussion or email list for people who use that vocabulary.
