Are the term links auto-generated?

The Index page should be automatically generated, as long as you have index terms in your publication (use <indexterm> elements in your DITA sources).
More details on <indexterm> elementes and how they could be used are available in the DITA specification from this section of our website.

If you have index terms but the Index page is still not present in the WebHelp output, you should double check that you have the "webhelp.show.indexterms.link" parameter (available in the list of parameters from the DITA Map WebHelp Responsive transformation scenario configuration) set to "yes" - that is also the default value.
