When I export the data to PDF, is there a font error?

Post by EllenEBluford »

Hello everyone,

I am working with world software and preparing to export PDF files
I am trying to write good content that is meaningful and accurate, but when I export to PDF, the font is broken.
I have tried all the ways to fix the error but it does not work.
Do you have any solutions to improve the font when converting to PDF?
If this is not the right place to ask, please let me know if you use other platforms that can help.

Thanks,

Hello,

Could you indicate which version of Oxygen you are running?
If you are generating PDFs using the DITA Map PDF - based on HTML5 & CSS scenario and some characters are rendered as '#' you can check this topic from our user guide. Usually this is because the font doesn't have the matching glyph for the given character(s) and using a fallback font will resolve the issue.

Julien
