CHM Output does not display content

Hi,
When I run the CHM transformation, the build is successful. The TOC is generated. But the content does not load in the content pane. Instead, the following error is displayed.

Make sure the web address //ieframe.dll/dnserrordiagoff.htm# is correct

I am using Windows 10. One of my colleagues uses Windows 7 and it works for him. Your help will be much appreciated.

I'm not sure what's wrong, I'm also using Windows 10 and I've had no problems opening CHMs.
Does the same CHM work for your colleague on Windows 7?
I googled a little bit for this:

there seemed to be some security problems when attempting to load a CHM from a shared network drive with Windows 10, problem induced by some kind of Windows update.

Yes, it works fine for my colleague. I too read about it. Without identifying the exact cause, I didn't want to attempt to change any settings on my system.
