Hi,<br>
<br>
Please note that 'jai_imageio-1_1-lib-windows-i586-jre.exe' is a
32-bit installer and on 64-bit systems it insists on installing
itself in "C:\Program Files (x86)\" (32-bit program files) even
after you've explicitly pointed it to install in "C:\Program Files\"
(64-bit program files). Unfortunately there is no 64-bit Windows
installer of the JAI Image I/O Tools plug-in.<br>
<br>
So, if you are running a 64-bit edition of Windows and 64-bit
edition of Oxygen, after installing 'jai_imageio' in c:\program
files\oxygen xml editor 15.1\jre, check the corresponding x86 folder
C:\Program Files (x86)\Oxygen XML Editor 15.1\jre. You will most
likely find there the files that the 'jai_imageio' installer has
deployed. You can simply copy the contents of the 'jre' folder from
there to the 'jre' folder from the Oxygen installation folder.<br>
<br>
I'll submit an issue to check if there is a better solution for
64-bit systems and we'll document it in the user manual for future
reference.<br>
<br>
Regards,<br>
Adrian<br>
