Creating New Documents and Templates

Oxygen XML Editor includes a helpful New Document wizard that allows you to customize and create new files from a large list of document types and built-in templates. You can also create your own templates and share them with others.

To create a new document:
  1. Click the New button on the toolbar or select File > New.
  2. Select the type of document that you want to create.
    Tip: You can use the text filter field at the top of the dialog box to search for a specific template.
  3. Click the Create button at the bottom of the dialog box.
