Create an Oxygen XML Developer plugin XML Project

To create an XML project in Oxygen XML Developer plugin, follow these steps:

1. Go to menu File > New (Ctrl+N) > XML Project
   The New XML Project wizard is displayed.
2. Type a name for the new project.
3. Click the Next button.
4. Select other Eclipse projects that you want to reference in the new project.
5. Click the Finish button.
